Lent 2015 for Rad Camp Orange County

A series of graphics created for Rad Camp of Orange County, a summer camp for people with disabilities and special needs. These graphic were created to encourage supporters of Rad Camp to "give up to give back" by sacrificing various aspects of their lives and/being charitable towards others in order to renew themselves and support for Rad Camp. #GiveUpToGiveBack #40DaysForCamp For those of you that are not aware, Lent is a solemn religious observance in the liturgical calendar of many Christian denominations that begins on "Ash Wednesday" and covers a period of approximately six weeks before "Easter Sunday." The traditional purpose of Lent is the preparation of the believer through prayer, penance, repentance of sins, almsgiving, atonement and self-denial. Many today use this time to renew themselves by sacrificing a part of their lives (Examples: Giving up chocolate, caffeine, fast food) or they take this time to be charitable throught donating to others who are less fortunate or taking action to help others who are in need of help.
